We started this
business because we saw a need for a complete notary service
in the Sierra foothills. We travel to your
home or business to notarize your important legal
documents.
Our Mobile
Notary service is located in southwestern Nevada County in
California. We currently serve Nevada, Placer, Yuba,
Sierra, Butte and Sacramento counties, as well as other
counties on a case by case basis.
Both of us
are commissioned by the state of California, bonded,
and insured.
We cannot and do not give any legal
advice.
In order to notarize
a document in the state of California:
each signer
must presentone of the fdollowing valid
IDs:
- A valid and
current photo ID such as a US, Mexican or Canadian drivers
license
- California ID
- US
Military identification card
- Passport
The
ID must have been issued within the last 5 years. Non-US
passports must have been stamped by the
INS.
